Welcome to the Sakinaw Woods Website
Sakinaw Woods is a bare-land strata in Garden Bay, BC. This is the community website for the owners and their families. Access to most of the pages on the site is limited to owners and certain members of their families.
You can request access by using the "Sign up" button below. Once you have completed the sign up procedure, Council will confirm your registration if you are eligible. This will usually take less than one day for present owners. Others may take a bit longer.
Once you have been registered you can log in to read the latest news, get information about Strata events, access Strata documents including the Directory, email list, Council and General Meeting minutes and agenda, Bylaws, Strata title documents and other information related to Strata administration and history. You will also be able to post and find information about the Strata, particularly matters under consideration by Council, post Sakinaw-related images and set up and view classified ads (including images) that may be of interest to residents.
